In addition, the training load is monitored and used to create a Performance Management Chart to track predicted training status (fitness) and fatigue. This allows the training load to be altered in response to changes in recovery rate or other factors (such as work and social commitments) which may interfere with training and recovery.

Interaction with the coach is by email every second week and the training program is updated (if required) weekly, WhatsApp communication is available when needed. Limited analysis of data can be discussed with the coach to track performance during key sessions

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNIFICATION

By participating in the services, training, activities, and races recommended by RDP Coaching, the athlete acknowledges that RDP Coaching does not guarantee specific results and assumes no liability. The athlete is solely responsible for achieving personal performance goals using the guidance and resources provided. The athlete fully understands and accepts the inherent risks involved and assumes full liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.

By agreeing to this waiver, the athlete releases RDP Coaching and its staff from any claims or damages and waives the right to take legal action. Termination of training plan services requires a one-month notice. RDP Coaching strictly adheres to an anti-doping policy, and any violation may result in the suspension of training/coaching plans.

This waiver applies to the athlete, their heirs, and representatives, and the athlete confirms that they are physically and mentally capable of participating.
